Payment must be made in full in a single instalment at the time of booking, quickly and securely with Stripe.
Cancellation
The booking is non-refundable in all cases. Pre-sale discounts compensate for the no-refund formula.
Date changes
You can change the booked dates without pre-sale discounts by paying the difference to the full price of the new available dates.
Damage deposit
At payment, your payment method is authorised and stored via Stripe. If damage to the property or furnishings is found, Villa Serra may charge up to €500 within 7 days of check-out. No charge is made without ascertained damage; consent is required at booking.
